苏松坤,福建农林大学蜂学学院院长、研究员、博士生导师、国家现代蜂产业技术体系岗位科学家,闽江学者特聘教授。现为中国蜂产品协会副会长、福建省养蜂学会会长、中国养蜂学会常务理事。主要从事蜜蜂遗传育种、蜂产品功能、行为和分子生物学等领域的研究工作,先后以访问学者身份前往德国威尔茨堡大学、澳大利亚国立大学、法国Toulouse大学、美国密西根州立大学等开展国际合作研究。

主讲课程:《蜜蜂学》、《蜂学研究进展》、《Honeybee Science》、《Honeybee Genetics and Breeding》等。

主持参加国家自然科学基金、科技部863探索项目等国家、部省级科研项目二十多项。在蜜蜂优质高产蜂种培育方面卓有成效,作为主要完成人获国家发明二等奖等5项次。先后在国内外学术刊物上发表论文130余篇;主参编蜂学专著12部;获授权的发明专利10项,实用新型专利6项。

至今指导博士生8名,硕士研究生21名。指导的研究生毕业后诸多从事蜂学教学、科研、管理、技术服务等工作,如刘芳博士在安徽农业大学任教,李志国博士在福建农林大学任教,李文峰博士在美国农业部蜜蜂健康实验室做博士后,李莉到英国伦敦大学攻读博士学位,刘元珍到瑞士伯尔尼大学攻读博士学位等。
